We are seeking an Accounting Assistant/Excel expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general accounting setting and be proficient in clerical duties, order entry, excel expert, experience in accounts payables and receivables.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department. Accounts payables and receivables.
- Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations.
- Perform monthly vendor statements reconciliations. Excel required.
- Review and prepare annual sales personnel agreements.
- Create excel reports and analyze data.
- Perform monthly, quarterly payments to licenses renewal, inspections, etc.
- Assist in preparation of yearly budgets.
- Coordinate projects as needed
- Review reports and customize and analyze data in excel.
Skills:
-Bilingual (English and Spanish) Required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Experience with SAP is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have at least 2 years of accounts payables and receivable experience

Requirements:
- Minimum an Associate degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting/ administrative role
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
