Front Desk Receptionist -
Nest Offices provides co-working/small private office suites to a wide range of companies on a differing terms. These Companies call Nest their homebase for their business, so our job is to create a professional environment where people want to spend their time.
As our Front Desk Receptionist, your job is to be the face of Nest. You are usually the first and last person Tenants see when arriving. We are looking for someone charismatic, sharp, kind and resilient, ready to handle anything that comes their way.
Duties and requirements:
- Relationship Management - A major part of your job will be to take care of our clients. This requires answering any questions they have, whether that be about heating or cooling issues, mail handling, cleaning issues, lease agreement concerns, etc. You are the go-to contact and will need to be prepared to take on multiple issues at once. We will give you the tools to answer all of these questions.
- Leasing - You will be in charge of keeping Nest leased up. This means proactive outreach, giving tours, writing up leases, and retaining current tenants. it also means familiarizing yourself with the space which will require you to know the floorplan along with the individual suites. Your expertise will be a major reason tenants sign.
- Clerical Work - You will be required to enter tenants into our database, sort files, answer leads, organize spreadsheets, and track tenant life cycles. Being meticulous is key.
Pay , Commissions, and hours -
Here at Nest, our goal is to compensate you for your great work. The job starts at $21.00/hour. On top of this, we pay commissions for leasing up empty offices and re-leasing current tenant. Please reach out for more specific information.
Hours will be 9am-3pm Tuesday, Thursday, and alternating Fridays.
