Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers and cooks.
- Create and implement schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new employees.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is required.
- Strong cooking skills are a plus.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: $54,748.00 - $62,500.00 per year
