We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented,Bilingual-Spanish Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. This is also a front desk position therefore Receptionist experience is a plus.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and grow in the field of human resources.
Primary Duties:
- Greet visitors, answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Assist new applicants with online applications using ATS
- Provide support to HR team and front desk office support
- Assist with start ups of new accounts
- Ordering uniforms and supplies
- Utilize HRIS system for ATS/onboarding support and processing VOEs and terminations
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Work with different levels of leadership
- Assist with other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual-Spanish proficiency is required
- Experience in Human Resources is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
