Role and Responsibilities - Warranty Claim Administrator:

Warranty Claims Management: Review, prepare, record, and submit warranty claims accurately and timely.

Compliance: Ensure all claims adhere to manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures.

Collaboration: Work with Service Managers and Advisors to correct and complete documents.

Documentation: Maintain proper documentation, process warranty paperwork, and verify required criteria.

Reconciliation: Reconcile warranty receivables and follow up on outstanding claims.

Administrative Support: Assist with body shop warranty claims and other clerical tasks as needed.

Professionalism: Maintain a neat work area and professional appearance.
Qualifications - Warranty Claim Administrator:
Minimum of 2 years in automotive service or office preferred.-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
