We know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified business development representative (BDR) to work with inbound leads to develop discovery calls and schedule demos with our inside sales team.
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal BDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success.
You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our marketing offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
To be successful in this role you need to thrive talking to prospects, researching, and discovering the prospects needs, matching our solutions to their problems.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Working inbound marketing generated leads, identifying prospects, and building relationships to drive discovery calls and demos of our marketing solutions
- Experience in outbound prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities
- Confidence in a target-driven environment, motivated to exceed expectations
- Effective use of the phone, email and using LinkedIn to maximize meetings booked and revenue won
- Excellent time-management, able to prioritize key tasks, manage multiple conversations whilst never letting an opportunity slip
- Be a great listener and communicator, sharing knowledge and influencing for a positive outcome
- Ascertain customer wants and needs with a good understanding of private practice marketing and our products and services in order to recommend and share items that match the customer needs to help them achieve their practice goals and help more people.
- High volume of emails, phone calls, texts, and video conference meetings.
Abilities and Knowledge
- Exhibit tenacity and resilience in handling a workload that includes both successes and rejections.
- Consistently connect with prospects on a human level, fostering trust and positive outcomes.
- Embrace interdependence within the sales team and exhibit a receptive attitude towards coaching/feedback to optimize results.
- Previous experience in medical sales and interacting with physicians.
- Success in cold calling and cold email campaigns.
- Ability to discern qualified leads before setting appointments with Account Executives.
- Understanding of the cultural nuances and appropriate sales demeanor within the healthcare industry.
Education and Experience
- Two years of B2B sales experience required
- General breadth of knowledge of marketing
- Preferred experience in the tech, marketing, or marketing solutions business
