Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage and train pharmacy staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order medications and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information
- Provide counseling and education to patients on medication use and potential side effects
- Stay up-to-date on new medications, therapies, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Relocation to the community of opportunity
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Valid state pharmacy license
- Proven experience as a leader, as a pharmacy manager, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, laws, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
