Join our dynamic team as an Interior Express Attendant at our Lehi, UT location!, you are essential to our daily operations. Each day, you happily greet, interact with, and assist customers. You proactively educate them on our services, pricing, and special offers, making recommendations and up-selling passes. You carefully prepare vehicles by identifying areas that may be difficult for our equipment to access. The safety of our customers is your top priority as you direct drivers into the car wash tunnel. You become well versed in any special circumstances based on different vehicle make and models. You love that you get to work outside as well as interact with your team members and customers each day!

Your Life as a Interior Express Attendant:

Flexible schedule with 5-8 hour shifts between (Hours)

Sundays off

Essential to daily operations, providing quality customer service

Greet and assist customers, educate them on services, pricing, and special offers

Prioritize customer safety
-
Work indoors, interacting with team members and customers daily
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for the interior express detailing of customer vehicles, including towel dry exterior and door jambs, interior vacuuming, mat cleaning, window and dash cleaning

Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
-
Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service
-
Perform visual inspections of vehicles
-
Locate and identify areas with previous damage
-
Safely guide customers onto the interior express conveyor
-
Evaluate incidents and activate emergency stops if necessary
-
Under the direction of Site Management, assist in regular maintenance of site equipment
-
Maintain the facility, which includes keeping the interior and exterior of the site clean, landscape maintenance & pressure washing, and other cleaning tasks

Ability to follow all company policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this active job, the employee may be required have prolonged periods of standing and walking
