We are a high-end aesthetic plastic surgery practice seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Process patient intake paperwork and maintain patient records
- Coordinate patient care with other team members
- Manage patient inquiries and complaints with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Provide patients with product and service information and assist with retail sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of the medical or aesthetics industry is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual language skills desired, but not required
