Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hemp and e-juice industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Make 100+ calls per day.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to identify potential customers and tailor sales pitches to their specific needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Negotiate pricing with customers and close sales deals.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and their benefits.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and market trends.
- Educate clients and potential customers on the benefits and uses of hemp products.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and market developments to expand sales opportunities.
4. Reporting and Administration:
- Utilize our CRM to track and manage sales leads, contacts, and customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the hemp or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the hemp industry, including products, regulations, and market trends is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Experience in account management and customer service.
- A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
