Position Summary
The Mental Health Therapist will deliver high-quality, therapeutic care to clients, utilizing a holistic approach that integrates various therapeutic modalities to meet each client's individual needs. This role combines direct client interaction with collaborative healthcare planning and implementation within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Stewardship
- Proactively manage therapy resources to maximize efficiency without compromising client care quality.
- Develop and seek management approval to implement cost-saving initiatives that are consistent with patient care quality.
- Ensure compliance with health care laws and organizational policies.
Customer Experience
- Deliver empathetic, personalized care to each client, fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages healing and client retention.
- Actively listen to and address client concerns to tailor therapeutic approaches to individual needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gauge satisfaction and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies that may benefit the therapeutic process across different service areas.
- Engage with internal management to align on treatment approaches and client management strategies, ensuring that clinical practices adhere to organizational standards and client care objectives are met efficiently.
Technical Performance and Precision
- Apply evidence-based practices rigorously, ensuring clinical precision and adherence to updated health care protocols.
- Continuously update knowledge of clinical practices by attending seminars, reviewing recent literature, and engaging in professional discourse.
- Implement a rigorous quality control system to monitor and evaluate therapy effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to refine practices.

- Commit to ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and support less experienced colleagues and interns.

Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Credentials
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.
- At least three years of clinical experience in mental health therapy.
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.
Technology Requirements
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe for documentation and communication.
- Has a suitable home office setup conducive to professional teletherapy sessions, including reliable internet access and privacy.
