Job Summary:
As a member of the Clear Channel Outdoor sales operations team, the Sales Operations Coordinator supports the execution of strategic sales initiatives that sustain and improve revenue generation by the sales team. This position ensures good adoption of new processes and systems both proactively and in response to requests for support. The Coordinator supports new initiatives by assisting in the gathering and analysis of data, the preparation of project documentation and training materials, and testing new applications for functionality. This position also supports on-going initiatives by recording, analyzing, and resolving sales team support requests, and by compiling, formatting, and distributing reports. This role not only responds to ad hoc requests with excellent customer service skills, but anticipates future requests based on a deep understanding of business objectives, and develops recommendations for additional improvement. The position will report to Manager, Sales Operations, and supports functional managers on specific projects and day-to-day activities, as assigned.
Job Responsibilities

Support sales by facilitating efficient use of resources across related departments

Provide excellent internal customer service in response to support requests

Diplomatically reinforce adherence to standard processes and systems usage

Administer CRM and related systems to ensure accuracy and usability

Regularly QC data and monitor system usage; test new features prior to release

Create and maintain list of enhancement requests, and document requirements

Maintain up-to-date training materials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Update training materials based on process and systems changes

Assist in training of employees by creating and delivering content

Develop and deliver reporting to support initiatives and day-to-day operations

Collect and store data from various systems and maintain in data warehouse

Create and maintain reports in systems and Excel with user-friendly design

Assist project teams by preparing schedules, status updates, communications, training materials, reports, performing testing, and providing user support as assigned
Job Qualifications (Required)
Education and Experience
-
BA/BS degree in business, information systems, communications or related field.
-
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
-
5 years of relevant experience, especially in media or other B2B sales environments preferred.
Skills & Competencies
-
Proficient with Microsoft Word (incl. formatting), Excel, and Powerpoint.

Proficiency with using Microsoft Access or SQL to query data and with Microsoft Visio, Publisher, or similar preferred.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM applications. Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesloft, Outreach or similar applications preferred.

Proficiency with managing Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in Salesforce preferred.

Experience supporting multiple teams including sales, marketing, IT and support.

New York City Salary Range: $28.85 to $36.58 per hour
