The position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility grounds and equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives.
- Perform routine maintenance task that require direct or limited oversight.
- Perform preventative maintenance as outlined by equipment manuals.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Understand the process of fire and gas detection system.
- Inspects building structure and equipment to determine functional systems and malfunctions and needed repairs, making notes and recommendations.
- Conduct safety inspections related to company's compliance requirements.
- Maintain up to date documentation of maintenance activities.
- Maintain an inventory of consumables.
- Communicate status of building and equipment to team members.
- Must be able to work flexible hours/ weekends.
