Our equipment and proprietary fluids and expendables have been used to create unique cinematography for major motion pictures, bring excitement to stadium concert and professional sporting events, enhance photography shoots for fashion catalogues, and add magic to amusement and theme park attractions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Owns the CITC Order/Sales Forecast and consistently achieves sales targets.
- Develops account plans and manages key relationships for our top Distribution Partners.
- Manages distributor relationships and potential channel conflict by leveraging and enhancing our Tiered CITC Dealer Program.
- With our Customer Success Specialist, drives effective outbound sales execution from large project funnel opportunity outreach and prospecting, sales funnel management and effective closing.
- Manages daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators to drive visibility, effective problem solving and continuous improvement in our sales and marketing processes.
- Leverages the voice of the customer to understand the CITC customer’s buyer’s journey, decision making units, market needs and market trends.
- Executes the go-to-market strategy and build a large project sales funnel in order to successfully achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
- With our marketing team, executes an effective digital marketing playbook to support CITC’s e-commerce strategy that drives incremental growth and minimizes channel conflict.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills:*
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience
- 3-5 years of direct management experience
- Strong listening and sales (closing) skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Optimistic, creative problem-solving mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:*
- This is a full-time, on-site position. Successful candidate is available to work at our Mukilteo, WA location.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
