We’re seeking an Outside Sales Representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
- Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
- Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives

Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products

Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations

Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs

Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
Qualifications:-
Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Superior relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are necessary

Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferred
