High volume, scratch kitchen is seeking a skilled. experienced saute chef with the potential to develop into a leadership position. We are located inside a year round country club with event facilities. Open for lunch and dinner with an impeccably designed menu and creative daily specials. This is a full time, year round position.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a high volume saute chef and be committed to faultless execution of every plate.
Owner and chef have a proven record of running creative, profitable restaurants for over 70 years combined. Both are committed to training and providing opportunities to dedicated employees with a strong desire to learn and grow with us.
Candidates must posses the following traits and skills.
-3+ years of full service line cook experience.
-2 years of high volume saute experience.
-Strong and professional communication skills with staff and direct reports.
-Able to demonstrate knowledge of cooking techniques and theory.
-Exemplary knife skills.
-Strong organizational skills of stations and storage areas.
-Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
-Maintain and clean equipment and kitchen continuously.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
