Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, while anticipating their needs

Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards

Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings and accurately communicate product information to customers. Respond to questions, orders, and concerns, and educate customers on coffee products.

Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards

Set up and breakdown coffee bar, stations or store including cleaning and sanitizing
- Maintain clean and sanitary work area

Stock beverage coolers, grab and go items, service ware and condiments

Demonstrate proficient knowledge of all Bistro equipment and assist with troubleshooting in event of equipment malfunctions.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitization guidelines for all procedures

Other duties as assigned by management
- Follow payment policies

Responsible for opening and closing register operations
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
-
One year experience in food service industry or related experience.

Strong numerical skills and demonstrated accuracy and consistency in cash handling.
- Superb customer relation skills.
- Must speak fluent English.
Preferred:

High School graduate or GED equivalent

Knowledge as a Barista or equivalent experience
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
