As we continue to thrive, we're looking for a Senior Sales Associate to enhance our team's dynamic. This full-time, year-round position is an excellent opportunity to be part of a business that values long-term relationships with its employees and customers alike. With three prime locations within the Hamptons, we pride ourselves on creating a close-knit family atmosphere and emphasize promoting from within, having seen many of our leaders start as sales associates.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through top-notch customer service and product expertise.
- Support inventory management and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
- Establish and maintain rapport with customers, handling inquiries and concerns with utmost professionalism.
- Participate in marketing efforts and ensure effective customer follow-up.
- Collaborate with the team to reach business goals, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Leadership capability, excellent communication skills, and strong customer focus.
- Skilled in negotiation with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience in retail management is a plus.
- A track record of sales success and team mentorship.
