Wolff Financial Management, a successful and growing financial planning and investment management firm, is looking for an experienced, fulltime administrative professional.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Calendar management, including scheduling appointments
- Assist with client meeting preparation
- Preparing client applications, account related forms and reports
- Opening, sorting, and routing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail
- Implementing client account deposits and withdrawals as instructed
- Filing, copying, faxing, and scanning
Education and Prior Experience Preferred:
- Two years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional business setting
- Experience in the Financial Services or Accounting industry is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:
- Strong interest in working with numbers
- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail and ability to enter information efficiently and accurately into database and financial software
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines needed for documentation and compliance
Personal Skills Required:
- Business professional with strong business ethics
- Team player
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Must be trustworthy and demonstrate strong ability to maintain confidentiality
Benefits and Work Schedule:
- Compensation: Dependent on level of education, experience, and skills. Compensation includes paid vacation, medical/dental/vision insurance and retirement plan.
- This is a fulltime position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
