Construction Project Administrator
Moore Excavation Inc. (MEI) is a large, 4th generation, local family-owned Heavy Civil Underground Construction company which currently employs 200+ employees. MEI is known for undertaking some of the most challenging public infrastructure projects Oregon and Southwest Washington has to offer.
The Heavy/Civil Project Administrator will be an integral part of our growing project management team and will be responsible for a variety of technical and administrative duties to support our construction management team to stay organized, orderly, and compliant. The ideal candidate is a team player, communicates well with others, is good at follow-through, working on multiple projects at once, can work independently and is a quick learner.
Required and preferred qualifications included:
· 3+ years in an administrative or management support role. Construction environment experience strongly preferred but not required.
· Knowledge of construction documents and construction administrative processes preferred.
· Excellent computer skills and thorough understanding of various Microsoft Office applications.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to function in a high-pace environment and outstanding organizational ability required.
· Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work products are critical for success.
· High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education and/or training related to duties a plus.
