VMP Healthcare and Community Living is looking for a RN Clinical Coordinator to join our team!
You will assume accountability for management of resident clinical care in the Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) and Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) and serves as liaison between the RCAC and CBRF, nursing administration and case management.

This is a Monday - Friday position, limited to no weekends.

Education Requirements:
- RN Degree.
- One to two years of experience/training, involving geriatric patients.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
Job Responsibility Overview:
- Plans appropriately to facilitate quality resident care through direct resident interaction and assessment.
- Organizes appropriately to meet clinical needs of the CBRF and RCAC residents to include medication management, audits, and education.
- Provides clinical direction and leadership to immediate staff.
- Responsible for knowing and understanding State and Federal codes affecting RCAC/CBRF/assisted living arrangements to ensure ongoing survey readiness.
- Assisting the scheduler when needed for staffing needs and schedules; evaluating performance with manager input as well as rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems with manager support.
- Collaborates with Director in establishing nursing department, RCAC, and CBRF goals and objectives. Tracks data needed for leading age quarterly reports.

Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
