**Job Summary:**
We are a not-for-profit organization located in Redwood City. We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist Monday through Thursday (8:30 am – 2:00 pm) and Friday (8:30 am – 1:00 pm)
**Responsibilities:**
- Open office
- Greet and check in clients
- Organize and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and email.
- Answer questions and provide information
- Prepare client files and itemized invoices
- Provide general office support for remote and in-house staff
- Assist in accounts receivable and payables
- Run general office errands (must have own car and proof of valid California driver's license and car insurance)
- Handle all incoming phone calls including completing new client intake forms.
- Assist in office events for staff.
- General housekeeping of lobby and office area.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
**Qualifications:**
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Basic math computation skills a must
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written, oral and phone communication
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner
- High energy, creative individual who enjoys working with children, adults, staff and planning office events.
- Some college preferred
