MEMBER COORDINATOR

Position Description:
As a primary contact for Center members and guests, you will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment while maintaining strong customer service standards through oversight of welcome desk volunteers and daily transactions. You will also support the Membership Director in coordinating activities critical to an engaged and active membership. This is a full-time position and requires an on-site presence.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Two-plus years of experience in education, marketing, business, or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 and working knowledge of database systems
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Stellar organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Good judgment in matters of policy, procedure, and confidentiality

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
