Marketing Coordinator Job Description
Sikama has a proven track record of decades of success. As our growth accelerates, we are searching for a high-energy marketing coordinator to help us build on this momentum. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing projects as well as organizing and executing promotional campaigns and events through tradeshows and digital platforms. They will also assist in managing customer relationships and business development to drive company growth.
Objectives of this Role
Responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects
Organize and implement marketing campaigns through digital platforms and print media
Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, photographs, slides, and reports
Coordinate with advertising and promotional agencies to help drive marketing campaigns
Develop and drive creative marketing communication plans to achieve revenue goals and objectives for key initiatives, campaigns, and product launches
Research new marketing strategies to coincide with changing industry trends and customer needs
Manage relationships with marketing agencies, partners, and customers
Clearly capture and communicate product line value proposition to increase customer engagement
Required Experience/Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing related field
Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to clearly express ideas
High energy, proactive team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
