The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Employee Health Coordinator (RN Supervisor) in the Infection Control Clinic at Georgia Regional Hospital – Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the prevention of the spread of infectious diseases among staff by ensuring that all new and current employees receive health screenings and managing the GRHA Employee Health Clinic. Maintains an effective surveillance and reporting program. Performs frequent reviews with Lab of culture reports and follow up reports suggestion of nosocomial infection with medical reviews. Inspects environment and observes personnel activities for the purpose of detecting possible infection hazards. Reports all IPC that are high risk, also conducts seasonal influenza vaccinations to hospital staff, employees that meet criteria from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse AND Two or more years in a managerial/supervisory of leadership role.
