Our dental practice is looking for a Full-Time, experienced Patient Care/Insurance Coordinator to join our team! Experience in all aspects of dental front office/insurance responsibilities is required. We are fully digital and experienced with Denticon. Computerized insurance and billing systems are also preferred as well as an excellent familiarity with computers.

Your responsibilities:
- Must be present by 7:45 am as the practice opens at 8:30am. Must be reliable.
- Flexibility to be accessible before and after hours based on business need.
- Insurance focused position with knowledge of benefit verification, benefit breakdowns, accurate insurance data entry, insurance claim submission and other assigned duties.
- Coordination of appointment scheduling and flow throughout the day, confirming appointments and engineering the daily schedule to best help our patients (back up to front desk).
- Perform daily practice tasks including posting of payments, taking over-the-counter collections, posting procedures and the verification of insurance plans.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
- Understand patient treatment plans to ensure the proper completion and scheduling of treatment as well as follow up care.
- Assist the recall system and handle the telephone and email communications in the office.
- Assist with patient information including registration, insurance and eligibility information.
- You will make a positive impression on patients from their initial phone contact and will help us guide our patients towards optimum dental health by making sure that their experiences with us are top notch.
