Experienced/Senior Audit Associate

WWC, Professional Corporation provides a spectrum of auditing, tax, and financial advisory services to growth-orientated corporations, enterprises, non-profit organizations, and individuals.
We are looking for Experienced Associates and Senior Associates who will be responsible for supporting our audit manager who service IPO, private, public, and non-profit clients. This person will have strong GAAP and GAAS skills to perform audit procedures related to clients' financial statements, and the ability to research and plan engagements.

Job Responsibilities:
● Design and execute audit procedures based on the client's business, the risks it faces, and its internal control processes.
● Interact with clients directly to discuss field audit issues.
● Collaborate with a diverse group of talented audit professionals.
● Perform audit procedures related to clients' financial statements
● Supervise assigned staff in executing the audit approach and perform a first level review of staff assigned work
● Research accounting & auditing matters, technical issues and document conclusions
● Provide excellent timely client service, deliver high quality work and strengthen client relationships
● Effectively work in a virtual environment
● Communicates with team members as to the status of engagements/projects
● Effectively explains engagement objectives and related technical issues
● Understands and applies all work procedures
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required
● 3 years of audit in public firm or equivalent experience for Senior roles, minimum 1 year of audit in public firm for experienced roles
● Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
● CPA candidate or actively working towards CPA licensure is a plus
● Ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
● Strong attention to details
● Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal capacities
● Ability to travel overseas
● Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
● Ability to reason intelligently and use sound judgment
● Commitment to best practices of the firm and consistent demonstration of ethical behavior
● Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
● Strong technical aptitude and skill set
● Demonstrated project management skills including project planning and time management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
