This person will lead the office with intake/outtake of customers, managing the parts for vehicles, and flow of the repairs for the vehicle. This person will need to be able to help out with anything that needs to be done at the shop, Ideally someone that is dedicated to the long term growth of their career and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service with customer that have questions about their vehicles
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to multitask
- Work well with updating data sheets, spreadsheets, and computer software
- Maintain strict adherence to client confidentiality according to company standards and government regulations
- Utilize templates and enter data for record-keeping and archives
- Travel around the country to new shops based on where storms hit
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suites (G-Suite Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to navigate between multiple computer programs (Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work and thrive in pressure situations
- Superb listening and time management skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be okay with traveling
