Olympic West Fire Protection is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing new business and sales for OWFP by strategically cultivating a solid customer base, maintain sales pipeline, identify business, and market opportunities.
Duties:
- Self-driven and motivated to identify new business and market opportunities.
- Establish and strategically cultivate a solid customer base and maintain sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with management in developing, implementing, and adhering to strategic sales plan to achieve growth goals.
- Develops professional relationships with new and existing customers, industry representatives and economic development representatives.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Delivers sales presentations to key customers in coordination with business unit managers.
- Network with peers withing the construction industry to create, implement or update best practices.
- Continually analyze the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
- Represents Company at trade shows and trade association meetings.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or Construction Management preferred.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in securing, building and nurturing relationships in the Commercial/ Industrial construction industry.
- Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to sell at or above established sales budgets.
- Aptitude to grow existing market share and be readily available for client needs.
- Ability to demonstrate successful track recording of prospecting, pursuing and securing repeat opportunities with national customers.
- Ability to conduct market and business analysis in states and areas of high construction growth.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
- Displays excellent verbal and written communication along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain client and business confidentiality.
- Display excellent time management and attention to details.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
