As an Inbound Sales Colleague, you are responsible for effectively guiding customers through their shopping journey while answering and handling inbound phone calls. Maintaining high customer satisfaction and professionalism as a selling representative, you build relationships by prioritizing customer selling needs. Your focus on maximizing sales through upselling and cross-selling allows you to personalize the Macy’s shopping experience for our customers.
What you will do
- Answer inbound calls; use selling skills to assist customers with their transactions
- Maintain courtesy, customer satisfaction, and professionalism
- Apply proper sales techniques and achieve performance goals
- Deliver products and services and maximize additional revenue
- Perform side-by-side comparisons with competitors’ products and services
- Promote and communicate current sales and loyalty promotions
- Stay organized, multi-task and collaborate with peers and management
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Prior contact center, shared services or equivalent experience preferred.
Work Hours:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.25 - $24.15 per hour
