Responsibilities for Nightclub Cashier at Zuna Nightclub and Restaurant
- Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly as they enter the nightclub, providing a friendly and welcoming first impression. Address any questions or concerns guests may have.
- Register Maintenance: Accurately handle cash and credit transactions at the front door, ensuring the register is balanced and maintained throughout the shift.
- Payment Handling: Process payments and issue receipts promptly and accurately, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and securely.
- Guest Check-in: Verify guest IDs to ensure they meet age requirements for entry, and manage guest lists and reservations as needed.
- Daily Maintenance: Assist with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the front entrance area, ensuring it is tidy and inviting for guests.
- Security Coordination: Collaborate with security staff to ensure a smooth and safe entry process for all guests.
- Bilingual Communication: Use bilingual skills in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with guests and staff, ensuring clear and accurate interactions in a diverse environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume nightclub or entertainment venue.
