Commerce Properties is currently conducting a search for a full-time Apartment Community Manager for a 150+ unit complex in the desirable Beaverton/Tigard area. Qualifications:
· Supervisory experience.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
· Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for accuracy.
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all tenant and company information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,240.00 - $71,400.00 per year
