Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with all requests
- Provide information about facility and services.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Maintain Gym upkeep and cleanliness.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using computer systems
- Knowledge of basic gym equipment such as free weights, cardio and machines.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
Skills:
- Sales: Ability to promote products or services and persuade customers to make a purchase
- Fitness sales: Familiarity with selling fitness memberships or packages to potential customers
