Temco Logistics is looking for a Market Manager. The responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
· Plan, create, and distribute engaging and relevant content across various channels, including blog, social media, email, and web.
· Analyze the performance and impact of content marketing campaigns and optimize them based on data and feedback.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to align content strategy with business goals and customer needs.
· Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and SEO, and implement them in our content strategy.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that drives traffic, leads, and conversions.
· Create and maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content.
· Produce and oversee various types of content, such as blog posts, white papers, infographics, case studies, webinars, newsletters, and social media posts.
· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to identify content gaps and opportunities.
· Measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts using various tools and metrics, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
· Manage the content budget and allocate resources accordingly.
· Establish and maintain content standards and guidelines, and ensure compliance with brand voice, tone, and style.
· Research and identify relevant topics, trends, and influencers in our industry and niche.
· Build and nurture relationships with external partners, such as bloggers, journalists, influencers, and industry experts, to amplify our content reach and authority.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
· Strong knowledge of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, as well as SEO, web analytics, and social media platforms.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering value to our audience and customers.
· Experience in developing and managing a team of content professionals.
· Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress, and content creation tools, such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign.
