Customer Sales Representatives are serious Super Stars at the front line of the business and are critical to the success of IPAP. This role involves everything from taking care of processing incommoding orders to exceptional customer service. You will be in an exceptional position to introduce IPAP’s customers to new opportunities with potential distributors or new product lines.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Processing
- Responsible for efficiently processing orders received from distributors
- Work through a queue of orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Verify order details, product availability, pricing, and special requirements
- Handle order entry, order changes, and order status inquiries and resolve any order-related issues promptly
- Retaining and Expanding Distributor Revenue
- Contribute to revenue growth by actively engaging with distributors and building solid relationships
- Serve as a point of contact for distributors, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs. CSRs strive to understand the distributors' businesses and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, maximizing distributor revenue and retention
- Work to have the product knowledge to understand complementary products to offer and what new products would benefit IPAP’s overall offering
- In addition to servicing existing distributors, CSRs also play a role in pursuing new business opportunities
- Engage in outbound communication efforts, such as contacting potential distributors, introducing the company's products and services, and providing information about the benefits of partnering with IPAP.
- Assist in onboarding new distributors, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with distributors
- Proactively communicate with distributors to understand their needs, provide product information, and address concerns or inquiries
- CSRs may collaborate with other teams, such as Procurement and Operations, to ensure coordinated efforts in serving distributors and meeting their expectations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with distributors, CSRs contribute to the sustained growth and profitability of IPAP. CSRs’ efforts help retain existing distributors, increase customer loyalty, and drive repeat business.
