Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, plan logistics, and submit expense reports;
- Generate purchase orders;
- Generate dispatches and excel spreadsheets;
- Arrange lunch meetings;
- Verify background, alcohol, and drug test;
- Verify site specific requirements and schedule for employees;
- Generate badge request if needed;
- Access an upload Safety Data Sheets;
- Various other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a strong attention to detail;
- Proficiency/experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
