Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the hearing aid center
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Sycle or similar scheduling system
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain patient records and update medical information as necessary
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient appointment scheduling
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions
- Collect and process patient payments
- Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Happy personality, friendly, good with co-workers
- Previous experience working in a hearing aid office preferred
- Proficient in using hearing aid office software systems such as Sycle or similar programs
- Familiarity with hearing aid terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
