**Responsibilities**
- Achieve new business production targets and set objectives.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and successfully close deals.
- Build influential relationships with existing clients that will result in cross-sell opportunities and additional sources of referrals.
- Collect all required documentation from customers.
- Recognize cross sell and upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Adhere to underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines.
- Stay informed about new product offerings.
- Drive new business by generating leads through referrals and other sources.
