Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure our business is well-coordinated and productive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee daily operations, including monitoring team performance and providing guidance.
- Oversee the Operations Assistant to ensure accurate and timely job scheduling, ordering, equipment check-in, and stockroom management.
- Analyze financial data, create budgets, and monitor expenses to optimize profitability.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Supervise staff, provide training, and ensure compliance with company policies.
-Weekly review of unfinished and upcoming jobs with the Project Manager. Ensure timely scheduling and invoicing of jobs.
- Address elevated client concerns/issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
