Job description
Process all aspects of bookkeeping, receivables, payables, payroll, taxes, job costing, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Maintain compliance and review CDL and trucking requirements
Answer telephone, organize schedules, order office supplies
Organize and keep track of company benefits, insurance, IRA, combined time off, short term/long term disability and life insurance.
Experience with excel, sage/peachtree, outlook, microsoft word
Other duties as assigned
