We are seeking a Client Service Receptionist to join our team! We are searching for a well spoken individual, with a friendly and professional disposition. Applicant must be focused on the many tasks that are required of this job and must demonstrate absolute honesty and compassion.
Computer skills are a must. This job entails scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, email communications/social media and coordinating all surgical and medical procedures for the hospital as well as shifts in the call center.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and appropriately deliver messages to staff
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Deescalate client concerns and complaints.
- Maintain appropriate communication with back of house
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
