Job Description
Provide a welcoming and friendly greeting to our patients as they enter our medical office.
Essential Functions

Provides patients with a positive first impression by greeting patients and providing direction to proper check in area

Verifies visitors have an appointment by utilizing daily scheduling report
- Monitors patient waiting rooms to ensure rooms are not over crowded

Accepts packages from UPS and FedEx and alerts appropriate parties

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

This job operates in a clinical medical practice environment. This role routinely uses cleaning supplies, contactless thermometer, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a hand cart to move packages.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience
