In support of the overall mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs , the Office of Enterprise Integration leads enterprise transformation and continuous improvement of Veterans and employee experience through effective integration of people, processes, technology, innovations, and maturing organizational management capabilities.
- Supports the Agency Evaluation Officer implementing Title I of the Evidence Act in performing a range of senior-level program evaluation and related activities.
- Provides management with reports on program evaluations, learning agendas and evidence-based practices, evaluates information, recommendations, budgetary proposals, portfolio management and similar products necessary for effective direction of administrative operations.
- Performs planning and evaluation activities to include strategic, long range, short or multi-year plans that are the products of subordinate organizational projects/programs.
- Analyzes and evaluates, on a quantitative and/or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of programs or operations in meeting established goals, measures, and objectives. Identifies deficiencies in organizational evidence-based capabilities through review of the analysis and justification for a course of action and recommends evidence-based solutions to improve decision making. Participates in meetings with internal and external stakeholders with the Evaluation Officer or as a representative of the Evaluation Officer to determine program status, major milestones, and coordination of each to evaluate progress and identify risks.
