Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Professionals & Para-Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in a variety of counseling areas, including behavior management, crisis management, pediatrics, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to individuals dealing with various mental health issues
- Management of day to day operation of the facility
- Associate Professionals will provide Supervision of Para-Professionals regarding responsibilities related to implementation of each child person centered plan.
- Participation in service plan meetings
- Education and training of Para-Professionals and others who have a legitimate role on addressing the needs identified in the Person Centered Plan
- Collect and analyze data related to patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Manage cases effectively, ensuring appropriate care and follow-up, etc...
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field for Associate Professionals - GED or High School Diploma for Para-Professionals
- Experience in behavioral management, counseling, crisis management, pediatrics, and other relevant areas
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide patient-centered care
- Proficiency in case management and data collection techniques
