Part time manager wanted to manage the daily operations of a Self Storage facility.
$16 to $18 an hour depending on experience, 3 paid holidays per year, paid vacation & sick days, dental & vision, plus a 25% employee discount on 100 square foot unit or smaller.
Schedule is Wednesday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., for a total of 23 hours a week.
Must love customer service, have strong computer skills and be able to routinely perform light building and ground maintenance. Property management experience a plus. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and a vehicle.
Good employment references and criminal background check required.
