Office Location: Milwaukee, WI
Applications Analyst 1 position specializes in managing applications that support business units with experienced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and in vulnerability and patch management. The Applications Analyst must have strong analytical abilities to evaluate a business need, technical issue and design a solution that meets the business need. This could be working with a vendor (aka projects) or using internal tools to build solutions (aka reports, dashboards).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage applications (license, renewals, ITLA, mergers, patches, etc.)
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve faults and errors in applications
- Back up and upgrade existing applications
- Manage application security
- Test applications and document the results
- Play IT stakeholder in PMO projects
- Troubleshoot Help Desk tickets
- Support Network team
- Be innovative and analyze new ways to be more efficient
- Demonstrate regular and reliable work attendance during assigned working hours
RELEVANT SKILLS:
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills with internal (G&K) and external (vendors) users
- Communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical users or stakeholders
- Problem-solving and report solutions
- Work must meet deadlines whether project deadline or application renewal deadline
- Must be proactive
- Must be able to change priority work when critical issues need to be addressed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant work experience in system applications (MECM/SCCM, MS Power Platform, IT Patch Process)
- Previous work experience within a law firm preferred
- Minimum 5 years' work experience setting up and configuring application services
