Overview:
Established Surgeon looking for responsible, reliable, and experienced individual. Must possess excellent patient service and communication skills (verbal/written). Bilingual (Spanish) very helpful. Punctuality, fast learning, initiative, and multitasking (scheduling, verifying eligibility, obtaining authorizations, some back office, and other duties) are musts. Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support clinic operations
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments with accuracy and professionalism
- Utilize phone systems to handle inquiries and provide information to patients
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordination
- Handle office tasks efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills:
- Prior experience in a medical office preferred
- Proficiency in office tasks and office procedures
- Knowledge of Medical software for patient management
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Familiarity with medical scheduling practices
- Bilingual (Spanish) plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
