The position involves working in the Front End and at the Customer Service Desk. The position is assisting in overseeing the operation of the front registers, self-checkout, customer flow, outside carts, and store cleanliness/maintenance. It involves answering the store phone, transferring phone calls and all functions at the Customer Service Desk, including CT Lotto. This position is fast-paced and requires patience and ability to multi-task with urgency. Outstanding customer service and ability to solve problems is an absolute must. The position requires a criminal and credit background check.
The position requirements:
* At least 18 years of age
* Experience leading a team in a retail setting
* Experience operating POS systems
* Cashier and customer service experience
* Must be able to stand, bend, twist, reach, climb, squat, push,
pull, and regularly lift & carry 50+ lbs
* Weekend availability required
* Strong problem solving capabilities
* Must be able to handle all products stocked on the sales floor

Pay: $15.69 - $16.25 per hour
