Summary: This role consists of technical customer support, as well as in house configuration/repair of robotic camera control systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support broadcast customers world wide
- Test and repair systems as well as troubleshoot technical issues
- Assemble general and client specific training documentation, including drawings, system notes, manuals, agendas, and perform client training.
- Communicate with Engineers, Programmers, and Sales Staff on a consistent basis. Complete quality control assessments on projects, provide direct feedback, and create commissioning reports.
- Serve as a company representative and role model for other technicians by exhibiting a high quality of work, an excellent work ethic, and a positive attitude.
- All other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Engineering or Technical School Degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
