RV Dealership on the Crystal Coast is looking to hire a Service Manager who can combine their customer service and RV repair knowledge to manage our Service/Parts Store. Duties will include preparing warranty claims, ordering parts, upselling parts, and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements: 3-5 years comprehensive knowledge of RV service, parts and sales. Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and a team mentality. Ability to price customer’s repairs to file to Factory Warranty. Must be computer efficient.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm. Hourly pay rate $22.00-$30.00. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Commissions are paid on Gross Service/Parts sales—potential income $80,000-$115,000.
